Angela Watson

Angela Christine Watson is an American model and actress. She is best known for her role as Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson holds a National Board Certified Teacher's Certificate as well as a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. She has over a decade of experience as instructor coach, and over more than 11 years of teaching working as a teacher. Angela created this site in 2003, when she was still teaching. Her goal was to motivate educators by providing practical ideas for the classroom as well as to build their confidence. The website was initially called Ms. Powell's Ideas for Management Ideas for Teachers. In 2008, it changed its name and changed its name to The Cornerstone for Teachers in the honor of her book. Angela Powell's professional development in productivity is now being used at over 45,000 public schools in the USA by way of her 40 Hour Workweek initiative. The program was originally designed for teachers but it was later extended to instructional coaches and administrators 40 Hour helps teachers become more mindful of their personal schedule and time for instruction so that they can focus on the things that really matter.
