Jenna Fischer has become best known as Pam Beesly, the character she played in The Office. For this role, Jenna received two SAG Awards in Outstanding Ensemble Comedy and also an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
In Fort Wayne Indiana, she was raised in St. Louis Missouri. Jenna watched her mom, Anne, perform in the church when she was young, which instilled a love of theater and performance.
After wrapping up The Office, Fischer, who is a trained actress in the theater, went back to her roots. The Off-Broadway production of Reasons for Being Happy was written and directed Neil LaBute, with Josh Hamilton, Leslie Bibb and Fred Weller. In the Old Globe Theatre's premiere, she played opposite Greg Germann as well as Josh Stamberg in Steve Martin's hilarious comedy Meteor Shower.

Every week, it was among the Top Ten in global downloads which topped 200 million downloads in its beginning two years. Office Ladies was awarded the iHeart Radio Podcast of the year in January 2021.
She has written two books, The Actor's Life A Survival Guide where she outlines her experience in Hollywood as an actor in the field and Office BFF's, Tales of The Office from Two Best Friends who were There, which is a story of the greatest relationship they shared and their experiences watching The Office.
